Kickboxing classes are the best way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle tone, strip fat, and reduce stress at the end of a long day (as we’ve been told repeatedly). Each class will include boxing and kickboxing combinations mixed with body weight exercises, core work and stretching.
Strength and Conditioning
Cross Core classes are a 45 minute, all over, functional body training session. Each session will focus on building your body’s core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. We use equipment such as battle ropes, slam balls, medicine balls, kettle bells and much more.
6 year olds – 15 year olds
Kids kickboxing classes are held on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 4.15pm. The classes run for 45 minutes and are catered for kids from the ages of 6 to 15. The class is full of energy and is catered to help kids learn the basic techniques of kickboxing while getting a good workout at the same time. We do a range of body weighted strength work during the class to help build strength and flexiblility which is very important in growing bodies.
The classes are run in school terms and packs of 10 and 20 sessions are available. For those who are unsure if the kids will enjoy it we also offer casual sessions.

8 Week Challenge
Keeping you accountable and achieveing your goals!!
The 8 Week Challenge is a great way to keep you accountable and pushing towards your goals under the guidence of our awesome trainers. There are body scans (shown above) at the start, middle and end of the challenge which measures % body fat, fat mass, muscle mass, hydraytion levels, basal metabolic rate and much more.
During the challenge you will recieve nutiritonal advice, technique help, an 8 week program and have our trainers on hand to hellp when you need.

Introduction to Kick Boxing
Start your Journey at Kick N’ Box
Think of this class as your introduction to Kick N Box. A workout that instructs and focus’ on correct technique. Still suitable for experienced Kick N’ Boxers who want to take some time to refine technique but this class is aimed at those of you who have just started your journey at Kick N’ Box.
For new members the session is free and bookings are essential so please speak to reception to make a booking.
