Strength, Speed & Skill
Kickboxing classes are the best way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle tone, strip fat, and reduce stress at the end of a long day (as we’ve been told repeatedly). Each class will include boxing and kickboxing combinations mixed with body weight exercises, core work and stretching.
Strength and Conditioning
Cross Core classes are a 45 minute, all over, functional body training session. Each session will focus on building your body’s core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. We use equipment such as battle ropes, slam balls, medicine balls, kettle bells and much more.
Ladies Only Conditioning
Build, Sculpt, Tone
Ladies Only Strength and Conditioning classes focus strictly on strength using weights such as Dumbells, Kettle bells, Resistance bands and more. You will tone, sculpt and strengthen each muscle group and will be feeling tighter and stronger in no time. With Specialised training regime from head instructor Mary, this class requires sign up and booking. Classes generally run for 8 – 12 week blocks starting at various times throughout the year. Priority positions are given to Kick N Box members and keep an eye on social media for start times.
Introduction to Cross Core
Thinking of giving Cross Core a go? Here’s a starting point!
Cross Core is a fantastic addition to the standard Kick Boxing classes. This intro to cross core class will teach you how to perform the basic body weight exercises correctly and teach you how to use all the equipment we have at Kick N Box safely and with correct technique. Make no mistake, as well as teaching correct form this intro class will get your heart rate up and leave you itching to have another go! We run these classes by appointment for new members.
Introduction to Kick Boxing
Start your Journey at Kick N’ Box
Think of this class as your introduction to Kick N Box. A workout that instructs and focus’ on correct technique. Still suitable for experienced Kick N’ Boxers who want to take some time to refine technique but this class is aimed at those of you who have just started your journey at Kick N’ Box. Numerous sessions available per week by appointment only and free when you commence your membership.
