Intro to Kickboxing

45 – 60 min

Start your journey at Kick N’ Box. Technique first: stance, guard, footwork and safe striking (jab, cross, hooks, kicks) with simple combos and foundational drills. Friendly pace to build confidence for regular classes. New or returning? Start here—especially on the 14 Day Trial.

Cross Core (Strength)

45 – 60 min

A 4 phase strength & hypertrophy program (Foundation → Build → Peak → Deload) across Upper, Lower and Full days. Technique first coaching, heavier but scalable loading and accessories for balanced results. Join mid block—coaches will adapt.

Cross Core Hybrid (Conditioning)

45 – 60 min

A mixed workout consisting of high intensity full body and functional conditioning. Intervals & circuits challenge cardio, core, recovery and mobility. When weights appear, it’s lighter loads / higher reps for muscular endurance. Saturdays included.

Kickboxing – Strength, Speed & Skill

45 – 60 min

Boost cardio, build muscle tone, burn fat and de stress. Sharp boxing/kickboxing combos mixed with body weight work, core and a short stretch to finish.

Mixed Class

60 min

Best of what Kick N’ Box offers: kickboxing rounds + Cross Core conditioning. Skill, strength and cardio in one crowd favourite session.

Mobility / Core Class

45 – 60 min

Recover and move better. Guided mobility, stretching and core to reduce tightness, improve range and support your lifts and kicks.

Kids Kickboxing (8-15 years of age)

45 min

High energy sessions on Mon & Wed at 4:00pm (school terms). Safe basics + age appropriate strength/mobility to build coordination, confidence and fitness. First class free; casual options or a 10 Session Pack (no expiry).

Weekly Time Table

* Some sessions run concurrently. Sunday 8:30am alternates fortnightly between Mobility/ Core and Cross Core.
