At Kick N’ Box our goal is to be more than just another 24/7 pop-up, or franchised “Globo Gym” seen on every street corner. We pride ourselves on our community feel and down to earth culture. Our studio is a standalone facility built to promote optimum health, functional movement and overall fitness.
Kickboxing
Strength, Speed & Skill
Kickboxing classes are the best way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle tone, strip fat and reduce stress at the end of a long day. Each class will include boxing and kickboxing combinations mixed with body weight exercises, core work and stretching.

Cross Core – Fit
Conditioning
You will find our Cross Core Fit classes scattered throughout the week and on Saturdays. Expect an all over, functional body training session. Our Cross Core Fit classes will focus heavily on challenging your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. When weights are used in this class the focus is on lower weigh and higher reps to work on muscular endurance. Prepare to sweat and be pushed to a new level every class.
Cross Core Upper/ Lower/ Full
Strength
Our Cross Core Upper, Lower and Full classes are dedicated to developing your strength and hypertrophy on a specific muscle group. Our Cross Core Upper, Lower and Full days are programmed in a 10-week block. During these blocks, you will be progressing in your lifts as well as overall strength.
This class, while still testing the heart muscle, will be focussed on heavier load, correct technique and building strength.
If you enter the block half way through as a new starter, do not stress. Our trainers are skilled and will adapt the training to get you up to speed with the group and keep you progressing before we hit the next block.
With dedicated splits and working through a program, we enjoy seeing all the results these blocks will have you achieving.

If you are new to Kick Boxing or feel as though you would like a refresher, this is perfect for you.
When you sign up to your trial, we recommend this class as your first. You can book through the app to secure your spot. With Monday and Wednesday available we encourage newbies to attend both classes if they feel it is needed.

8 Years Old – 15 Years Old
Kids kickboxing classes are held on Monday nights at 4.00pm. This class is 45 minutes and are catered for kids from the ages of 8 to 15. The class is full of energy and is designed to help kids learn the basic techniques of kickboxing while getting a good workout at the same time. We do a range of body weighted strength work during the class to help build strength and flexibility which is very important in growing bodies.
The class is run during school terms and packs of 10 sessions are available. For those who are unsure if their kids will enjoy it, we also offer casual sessions.
First class is free, so feel free to come along and see if it is a good fit. Email us today for more info.

8 Week Challenge
Keeping you accountable & achieving your goals
At Kick N’ Box, we offer our 8 Week Challenge. In 2023 we ran our first challenge since 2021 with it being our biggest one yet. Not only did this challenge have some amazing prizes up for grabs ($1,500 to our winner) we also offered more than we ever have.
With three Body Scans planned for participants at the beginning, middle and end of the challenge which measures body fat % as well as muscle gained, we also offer accountability session with our gym owner Simon. Participants got two one-on-one sessions to help keep them accountable and motivated. 8 Week participants were offered an extra class each Sunday to help if they couldn’t get to the gym as much as they would have liked in that week.
At the midway point we offered a Workout and Wellness session. This involved a sweaty workout followed by a group breathwork and meditation session, finishing with a cold plunge to challenge our participant on another level and feel the amazing results.
We look forward to running our next challenge.

Advanced Kick Boxing
Our AKB classes are run on Sundays alternating with our Pilates with Alicia classes.
At Kick N’ Box, our regular Kick Boxing classes are Cardio Kick Boxing on a bag. In our AKB classes we have taken it up a notch. These classes will see you advancing into sparring, working on your defence, offence and fine tuning your technique. These classes you will be working predominantly off the bag and with a partner.
You are recommended to bring 12,14 or 16oz gloves and any protective wear you own, e.g., mouthguards and shin guards.
As intimidating as Advanced Kick Boxing sounds, these classes are suitable to all levels. You will have assistance from the trainer and partnered with someone at a similar level. So please feel free to book, regardless of your skill.
Pilates/ Flow with Alicia
Every second Sunday our gym is transformed with the lovely Alicia who comes in to take our hard-working members through a mixture of Pilates and Yoga followed by a Guided Meditation.
This class runs for 1.5hrs where you will be swept into a calm, tranquil place. You will be guided through all the movements during the session and the Meditation will have you floating out of here, ready to tackle another week.
