We want our members to have the option to train themselves or add a session in on Sundays without the stress of attending a commercial gym that you don’t feel comfortable in. We love the community and comfortability that people feel at Kick N’ Box and are so excited to offer that bit more to you all.
Open gym can be booked through the app as you would a class. We always have a team member here at the gym who can help you organise your workout if you need that extra bit of inspiration. Trainers will be leaving the classes written up on the board throughout the day, so if you missed it, you can still stick to the programming.
Our open gym allows you to train with all equipment including the bags. We encourage you to come in and practice your Kick Boxing while you are in for a session.
Our Sunday classes are on the App each week ready for you to book in. These classes alternate between our Advanced Kick Boxing and Workout and Wellness classes.
Our Advanced Kick Boxing gives you a chance to learn more than just bag works. We add pad-work, partner work and sparring into these sessions. If you want to join any protective gear that you have is recommended, 16oz gloves, shin guards and mouth guards to name a few. Prepare to be challenged in a new way in our AKB Class.
Workout and Wellness involves an hour workout, typically a Cross Core class, followed by a Meditation or Personal Development segment and ending with an Ice-Bath. These sessions will have you thinking outside the box and finishing your weekend in a state of gratitude.
