Cross Core Upper/ Lower/ Full
Our Cross Core Upper, Lower and Full classes are dedicated to developing your strength and hypertrophy on a specific muscle group. Our Cross Core Upper, Lower and Full days are programmed in a 10-week block. During these blocks, you will be progressing in your lifts as well as overall strength.
This class, while still testing the heart muscle, will be focussed on heavier load, correct technique and building strength.
If you enter the block half way through as a new starter, do not stress. Our trainers are skilled and will adapt the training to get you up to speed with the group and keep you progressing before we hit the next block.
With dedicated splits and working through a program, we enjoy seeing all the results these blocks will have you achieving.
