Being a soccer player for 10 years I have always been involved in a sport that brings me happiness, as well as physical benefits. However, in my off-season I struggled to find something that I was equally passionate about and which provided the same community feel.
In 2017 I decided to join Kick n Box as a way to keep me fit throughout summer, and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Every trainer brings a unique style to their classes and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The trainer’s expertise and knowledge, paired with their passion and enthusiasm, creates the perfect atmosphere for a work-out that not only improves your physical strength and stamina, but also gives you the mental clarity needed to smash the day. Grace is currently studying a Bachelor of Human Movement, paired with a Masters of Teaching, to fulfil her dreams of becoming a Health and Physical Education Teacher.
