My vision for Kick N’ Box is for the gym to be a place where everyone can come and learn how to move freely and effectively and have fun at the same time.
Tak has been a Cardio Kickboxing instructor at Kick N’ Box for over 15 years, he is our head instructor and mentor. Tak was the pioneer of this form of exercise in Adelaide and has been publicly recognised for his excellence in the industry. In the 20 years before coming to Adelaide, Tak trained and studied Kung Fu in London. Tak’s classes are cardio intensive with attention to correct technique and flow of movement. His classes will change you and challenge you. An absolute must for any kickboxing enthusiast of any level of ability.
“My goal is for people who do my classes is for them to feel their body’s natural flow of movement, learn to harness their power and use it effectively. I also want people to leave my classes with a smile on their face.”
Tak also trains and mentors clients privately from Kick N’ Box. He specialises in providing coaching in Kickboxing and self defence.
“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work or into your everyday life. There are no limits, there are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”
